Our story

Vero started about two years ago with a simple idea: outsourcing should feel like adding people to your own team, not handing work to strangers.

Our first long-term engagement was supporting a short-term rental portfolio in South Africa, running guest communication and back-office admin around the clock. Across that work we have managed more than 120 luxury properties and virtually hosted and assisted over 8,500 guests. That experience shaped how we operate for every client: our own trained employees, clear processes and supervisors who own the quality.

Today we offer the same model across admin and back-office work, customer support, dedicated virtual assistants and outbound calling, for businesses in any industry.
